Who we are
MedSpa One is an independent consumer education and provider-matching service for medical aesthetic treatments. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the match quiz.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit the match form, your name, phone number, and (optionally) email, plus the quiz answers you provide, your concern, goals, budget band, timeline, prior-treatment experience, and ZIP or city.
- Automatically collected: standard technical and usage data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, plus attribution parameters (for example UTM tags) if present in the link you followed.
- We do not require any contact information to read our guides, see cost ranges, or view your quiz match. Contact details are collected only if you choose to request a provider match.
How we use your information
- To connect you with the specific licensed provider(s) you authorize, so they can contact you about a consultation and quote.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and the quiz, and to measure the quality of the connections we make.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
You are never required to provide contact information to use this site. If you submit the match form and check the consent box, you expressly consent to be contacted about your request by the specific licensed provider(s) you are matched with, by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including via automated technology, at the number and email you provide.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or treatment. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages at any time, and you can ask any provider to stop contacting you.
How we share your information
We share the details you submit with the specific licensed provider(s) you authorize on the match form, so they can reach out about a consultation. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the site (for example hosting, communications, and analytics), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
We do not sell your information to a lead marketplace and do not resell it to unlimited buyers. Your request goes only to the provider(s) you choose. This one-to-one model is core to how MedSpa One works.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill your request, operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, including keeping a record of your consent (with a timestamp) as required for compliance, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You can decline to provide information, reply STOP to end texts, or ask us and any provider to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Cosmetic treatments discussed here are for adults, and neurotoxins are FDA-approved for cosmetic use in adults 18 and older.
