By accessing or using MedSpa One (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MedSpa One is an independent consumer education and provider-matching service for medical aesthetic treatments. We publish educational content and honest cost ranges, and, if you choose, connect you with independent, licensed providers near you. We are not a medical provider, we do not perform treatments, and we do not give medical advice. See our medical disclaimer for details.

Any treatment you receive is provided by an independent, licensed professional who is solely responsible for the care, advice, pricing, scheduling, and outcomes of that treatment. We are not a party to your relationship with a provider, do not employ or control providers, and do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or results of any provider. You are responsible for verifying a provider's credentials and for your own decisions.

Cost ranges and quiz results are estimates for general information only and are not offers, quotes, or guarantees. Actual pricing and outcomes are determined by the provider you choose after a consultation. Results of aesthetic treatments vary, and nothing on the Service guarantees any particular outcome.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it (for example, by submitting another person's contact information without authorization, attempting to disrupt the Service, or scraping or copying content without permission). You must be at least 18 years old to submit the match form.

If you submit the match form and provide consent, you authorize the specific licensed provider(s) you are matched with to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy (including by phone, SMS, and email, and via automated technology). Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

The content, design, and trademarks on the Service are owned by MedSpa One or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or exploit it commercially without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current. Educational content is not medical advice, see our Medical Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpa One and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from any treatment provided by a third-party provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedSpa One and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any provider.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
